So far the Monogatari Light Novels have been fantastic. Also been reading Konosuba, SAO The Only One Worth Looking At Alternative, and Goblin Slayer.

As for manga, I keep a mangadex list of stuff I'm reading (Azur Lane is gacha shit pls no bully). https://mangadex.org/list/149256

Overlord
Tensei shitara Ken deshita
Konjiki no Moji Tsukai
Re:Monster
The New Gate
Arifureta Shokugyou de sekai Saikyou
(What they all have in common is a super strong MC)

These are some of the more notable Japanese LN's that I've read. Might be a few others that I couldn't think of right now.
All of them have a Manga as well, though I don't think they've gone very far into the story yet.

If you can find me something similar, I'd gladly appreciate it. Currently I've branched out to read Korean and Chinese stuff.

I've been working my way through the SAO light novels.  They are...surprisingly similar to the anime.

Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon? Light Novels

I enjoyed this book.

There is a lot that is done right with this book. Even through the protagonist is a uniquely haired kid (white hair, red eyes), with a hidden power that has huge potential, he doesn't really fall into the typical Mary Sue brand of character that most anime protagonists do. Instead, he often spends his time running away from the situation and trying to find the courage to change his character in order to impress a girl he likes.

I have been wondering why Tate no Yuusha no Nariagari rarely gets manged in threads like these. Not only is it a good story but I also like One Peace Books style of translation. Sure it has a bit less flow but it's truer to the original English. So yeah the Tate no Yuusha novels are my recommendation.

P.s.: The novel is better than the anime.

Found myself in a weird romance mood lately, so I started reading Horimiya. It's pretty good. Maybe a bit too fluffy if you are not into that kind of stuff.
I've also been thinking about reading the Classroom of the Elite LNs. Are they any good?

Have you read Domestic Girlfriend? If you are into romance, that one is for you. It's so good it has me sitting until late at night reading. For romance also check out Futari no Renai Shoka and Nozoki Ana. The former is a strong love story, quite inocent at that, the later, well, is quite raunchy but it does get a very strong message across in the end. I like both a lot.

I've been reading Please don't bully me, Nagatoro for a while now and it always manages to make me laugh.

Iris Zero is a cute drama manga that many haven't heard about but it's coming out very slowly

Haha, didn't think I would see Konjiki here, loved the LN.

Based on what you've listed, I bet you'll like these.

Manga/Webtoon:

Kamitachi-ni-hirowareta-otoko   -Dude gets reincarnated in fantasy world, proceeds to spend years playing and researching slimes in the wilderness. Slimes and MC's knowledge from another world are OP. This is a pretty new manga, but I'm already in love with it, since it's based on a LN, I'll probably have to pick that up.

Red Storm -Thickheaded MC starts weak with no talent, meets OP inter-dimensional traveling Master who trains MC and through sheer force-of-will becomes OP. Starts out as desert tribe fighting monsters and other tribes, but becomes much more. Tons of great action, large battles and epic duels.

LNs:

Release that Witch- Engineer gets transported to medieval fantasy world (with an interesting take on magic), proceeds to conquer through rapid technological advancement. Great world building.

Seoul-Stations-Necromancer - Returner Necromancer, OP MC, Strong Korean mentality.
Warlock of the Magus World (Wujie-Shushil) -Dude from the future gets blown/reincarnated (and merged with his AI Chip) into another world filled with magic. OP MC who keeps progressively getting more OP, Cutthroat.

Everyone Else is a Returnee -Everyone else is transported away to prepare for world being attacked. The MC is left behind. God feels bad and freezes time giving him 10 years to train. 10 turn into 100. OP MC who keeps progressively getting more OP

If you didn't notice, I kinda have a thing for Isekai.

I'd like to find an action manga similar to Berserk, Kingdom, Red Storm, Vinland Saga, ect.

I have already read a bit of 'Kamitachi-ni-hirowareta-otoko', but I don't think I've heard of Red Storm. Sounds interesting, so I'll check it out.

As for LN's, I'm actually reading Release that Witch right now. At around chapter 400 at the moment. (It's disappointing that the MC is just a fragile mortal incapable of gaining any personal strength, aside from more powerful guns... but I suppose it's still an entertaining read, considering I'm still reading it. :3 )
I've already finished 'Warlock of the Magus World'. That was quite an interesting read, although I felt it got less entertaining the further on it went.
I've also finished 'Everyone Else is a Returnee'. This one was really entertaining.

I think I've seen 'Seoul Station's Necromancer' while browsing around, but I don't remember if I gave it a shot. I'll have a look at it.

Thanks for the recommendations. Now I have 2 more things to look forward to 😄

I just finished catching up to ch 117 of The Girl From Random Chatting, and I'm left wanting for more. At first it was just good and I was only interested because it gave of Oregairu vibes, but dang the author surely has the balls to take it farther. I'm not really into light novels yet (but I'm okay with visual novels). If you guys have any recommendations for more stuff like this be it an anime/manga/manhwa/vn please do share with this poor lad right here

Picked up Koi to Uso a couple of days ago from the recommendation of a friend. Even though I'm only at chapter 18, I can recommend the manga with confidence. The story is an interesting one that keeps your interest through every chapter and has you on the edge of your seat sometimes. In terms of similarity to other manga, it reminds of Nisekoi with some of the basic character relations. It has bits of comedy sprinkled throughout each chapter, definitely give it a try if you're into SoL Romance stuff

RIght now these are my favorite. I probably only read a dozen or so different manga. So you all may or may not find these any good.

Oni ga Deru ka Ja ga Deru ka   basically a boy moves into a village full of girls are yokai and he is supposed to marry one of them.Mostly just slice of life.

The Betrayed Hero Who Was Reincarnated as the Strongest Demon Lord. The title basically describes the story. The hero kills the demon lord, his team mate kills him to take credit for it and the hero is reincarnated as the demon lord.

Monster Musume No Iru Nichijou Through some exchange program a guy ends up living with different monster girls.

12 Beast A high school boy who is a ninja practitioner gets a request from a harpy girl who says she knows his brother. She asks him to save her people. He goes to her world where he comes across other beast/monster girls and saves them from giant robots.

Monster Musume no Oisha-san A doctor who specializes in monster girls moves into a town full humans and monsters with his snake girl assistant who is obsessive about him.He treats various monster girls and helps stop crime.

Ane Naru Mono A demon grants a boy a free wish and he asks her to becomes his older sister. So from then on they live together.

Peter Grill To Kenja No Jikan A man wins the  the world's strongest competition and is basically chased by women of different races trying to have a baby with all while he is trying to not let his fiance knows. He royally screws up by having sex with those women and they black mail him into basically being their stud horse.

Kikanshita Yuusha no Gojitsudan The main character is summoned to another world to beat the demon king.He beats the demon king/lord and he is returned back to his world the second after he was summoned. He retains his abilities and skills he learned in the other world. Since he he was only gone for a second in his world know one knows he left or has special abilities. He defeats terrorists and entertains kids while trying to keep his abilities and skills a secret. And sometimes the girls he met in the other world come and visit him. There aren't that many chapters out yet. I hope it becomes an anime and I get to see it,

The Hero Who Returned Remains The Strongest In The Modern World Like one of the above manga a guy is summoned to another world to defeat a demon lord/king and is returned to his world the second after being summon and retains his abilities and skills. He uses his abilities to easily defeat bullies and ghosts/monsters and comes across girls who have some abilities although not anywhere near as good as his abilities and skills.

Megami-Ryou No Ryoubo-Kun A 12 year old homeless boy is taken in by college girls to be their dorm mother/housekeeper. They turn out to be the campus oddballs/trouble makers. And due to their names being that of goddesses their dormitory is often called the goddess dormitory.

Chichi Chichi  A picture book writer is asked by a really close online friend asks if they can room mates  while they attend college. Without giving it a second thought even though he has no idea what this person looks like he agrees. Despite having a male sounding name the close online friend turns out to be a tall attractive blond girl with huge tits. She has him regularly titty fuck her and sometimes while he is sleeping.

Kamitachi Ni Hirowareta Otoko A severely overworked office worker dies. Three gods reincarnate him in another world as a very young boy with lots of magic power in the woods.   After living in the woods secluded for three years.During his seclusion he defeats various bandits and monsters and trains slime. He eventually encounters a group of adventures who need help healing someone. He heals that person. They are grateful. They visit and talk with him for awhile and comeback later to invite him to stay with them for a bit in town.

My Wife Is A Demon Queen Some guy with incredible ability to make shit and an ousted demon queen pretend to be married to each other and former slaves of the demon race who escaped to the human lands. They end up fighting her former subordinates and other monsters/demons while she stays under the guise of being human.

Kaifuku Jutsushi No Yarinaoshi A magic healer was raped, tortured and abused by his team mates defeats the demon king/lord.After defeating the demon king/lord he gets an item that allows him to reset time back to right before he gets his abilities so he can get revenge on his team mates. This is basically revenge porn. I enjoyed it some people didn't.

Tatoeba Last Dungeon Mae No Mura No Shounen Ga Joban No Machi De Kurasu Youna Monogatari A super strong naive boy from the boonies full of super strong people moves into a town full of regular people to become a soldier. He is self conscience and thinks he is weak as shit while everyone around knows he has monstrous strength an abilities.
